If OBAMA REFUSES TO PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY, THEN I THINK IT IS TIME TO START TALKING ABOUT HIS IMPEACHMENT

Why Is This Idea Important?: This idea is important because no man is above the law, especially the highest law in the land.

I am not sure if impeachment is the right word for a president that has fraudulently been elected President, but at this point in the game, it seems that he and Gibbs are never going to be forthcoming.

In the beginning a birth certificate would have probably done fine. At this point we need proof beyond his birth certificate. He has had to much time to put together a fraudulent certificate ( As his first attempt with that phony factcheck.org certificate).

My idea is this. We give him a certain amount of time to prove beyond a doubt that he is a natural born US Citizen. If he cannot or will not do that, we start proceedings to remove him from office.

There is no way Obama can be impeached with a Democrat majority in both house and senate. However, we could get a law requiring him to prove he is natural born citizen before allowing him to run for a second term. I think this is where the effort needs to be concentrated.

No Impeachment reqired, just ruling from Supreme Cort!

Once it has been ruled on, that he is indeed a fraud, then all his signatures as "President" become void. That will immediatly return all his enacted legislation and policies and appointments to before he came to power (office). Then we can work on the "One" party that is pushing the overthrow of the Constitution by what appears to be lawful legislation, out of office.

Power to the people, back at ya.
