Not the fabricated one that was proved to be a fake. And even if the one he presented online wasn't a fake, it still was not proof of citizenship at the time of his birth. Come on, McCain was even able to show his, and he did voluntarily.
If you want us to shut up, and you think that we are wrong..prove us wrong. Show us the proof that you have obviously seen that has convinced you that the most powerful person in this country is there legally (and not because he said he is). No American president thus far has went to the extreme BO has to keep that information secret. Could you also explain why he would need to do so? I am curious what that explanation would be.

I agree trucker, this nation has a Constitution and it must be followed, especially by our elected leaders. If Obama truly is eligible to serve I see no reason why he simply can't prove it, it's really very simple. For Obama, his administration, and the democrats to simply fluff this off as nonsense only lends support to those of us who don't trust him to keep the Constitution in tack.

Well richwestcott..let's pretend that it was McCain that was elected and the same situation with him hiding the details of his birth, would you call it a nonsensical issue then? They would be all over McCain, or anyone other than BO for that matter. I think it's definitely a double standard, but that is another issue all together.
All I am saying, and what most of us are saying, is that it IS an issue when our current president simply refuses to show proof that he was a natural-born citizen. I mean, it's really something we should be concerned with regardless of who it is. It says a lot if the person who wants to run this country lies about being who he says he is, and then on top of everything else. Forgive me for caring about my country, but I do take the matter seriously.
And I forgot to mention that I completely agree with you mmylert50. Our Constitution isn't being followed however, and quite frankly..I feel it's being mocked and exploited. I don't think the people who feel we are just bringing up issues understand the importance of what is taking place. I think they feel as if we are in grade school, and we just don't like him personally because of whatever reason. That is why richwestcott says he will laugh at us...laugh at us about what?
The issues at hand are literally life changing for us and our children, grandchildren, and so on. We are talking about the relationship with our enemies and allies that are changing dramatically because of his foreign policy. The dept that is being passed to our children because of the out-of-control spending etc, and more than 3x as much as the previous administration. I don't understand why BO's supporters, such as richwestcott, feel as if this a laughing matter. If everything works out, then we all benefit, and I will be happy. However, it isn't looking so good.
