Obama & Gibbs said birth certificate has been posted, so why not let HI release it too?
Barack Hussein Obama II, a.k.a. Barry Soetoro and Robert Gibbs, the White House press secretary, have now both publicly stated that Obama has already released and posted his BC on the Internet, so why won't Obama grant Hawaii permission to release it as well? Trust but verify!

Obama can't produce a 'long form vault Hawaiian birth certificate' because he doesn't have one! He has a CoLB, or 'Certificate of Live Birth', which is not the same thing as a BC and proves nothing except that he was born alive, somewhere. This is because as a new state at the time, Hawaii often issued a CoLB even to foreign born children who were allowed to be brought to Hawaii and registered with the state, provided at least one parent was a legal resident of Hawaii. Even if he did have a real BC, it wouldn't matter since he can not be a 'natural born' citizen unless both his parents are also US citizens. His father is Kenyan.

In fact as the son of a colonial subject of Great Britain, by law British citizenship was conferred upon Obama at birth, irrespective of where he was born. Obama also became a citizen of Indonesia as the legally adapted son of Lolo Soetoro, where he attended a Muslim school strictly limited to only Indonesian citizens. So given the numerous disqualifying eligibility issues, the missing BC is really just an expedient way to demonstrate Obama lied about posting his BC when instead he suspiciously posted an allegedly graphically altered CoLB, which one might expect from an illegal usurper!

Obviously calling onto question the constitutional eligibility of a sitting president is a serious matter, however our president is not above the rule of law. The Constitution is our greatest protection from abusive government. Throughout the history of mankind, political power has frequently been seized irrespective of the will of the governed, often violently. Perhaps owing to our imperfect nature, totalitarianism has more often been the rule, rather than the exception.

Our Constitution as first envisioned and ultimately realized by the benefits of both pen and sword, was founded as a heart felt invention of necessity by men so deathly tired of oppression, that they determined despite any cost, to establish our Constitutional Republic. With the Constitution, our Founding Father's planted a seed in soil richly nourished in blood, so that with similar courage United States citizens might forever more be able to exercise their God given inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in at least one free and just nation upon the face of the earth.

Why Is This Idea Important?

The Constitution still matters, but only for as long as 'we the people', by continuing to support and defend it, say so! The Constitution will protect the citizens for as long as the citizens protect the Constitution.

The fact is that if it was revealed that BO was not an American citizen, there would terrible civil unrest. At this point it is probably too late to take the matter any further, unless there is an uprise of the American people demanding that there be irrefutable evidence made available to us of his citizenship (which is probably not possible).

Another fact is that he has spent millions of dollars on legal fees to make sure his records are not released, why? Because he has something to hide, plain and simple. If the fabricated BC wasn't enough to convince anyone, or the confession of the gentleman who fabricated it wasn't enough, then those particular people are not going to be convinced unless BO comes out and says himself he lied (even then they would be in denial).

So, I think logically we can assume that since BO is the first American president to fabricate (which is illegal btw) his BC online, has not voluntarily shown his BC, and has spent millions to block the process of it being exposed, it's safe to conclude the man is hiding something. We can also assume that more than likely he is NOT eligible because of his lack of "transparency." If only people knew the extent he has gone to keep his records sealed.

It doesn't make any sense why he is even in office. This is one of the biggest cons we have ever witnessed.

Let's not get hung-up on the Certificate of Live Birth "title". Because most birth certificates (yes, long form too) have this noted at the top.

Although I was not born in HI, mine says Certificate of Live Birth at the top, BUT, unlike Obama's, has ALL the detailed and pertinent information included (Full names of mother, father, hospital, time, date, fathers occupation, doctor, race, etc.) Which is what everyone is asking our President to show, and has not.

Don’t be distracted by the birth certificate and Indonesia issues. They are irrelevant to Senator Obama’s ineligibility to be President. Since Barack Obama’s father was a Citizen of Kenya and therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of Senator Obama’s birth, then Senator Obama was a British Citizen "at birth," just like the Framers of the Constitution, and therefore, even if he were to produce an original birth certificate proving he were born on US soil, he still wouldn’t be eligible to be President.

The Framers of the Constitution, at the time of their birth, were also British Citizens and that’s why the Framers declared that, while they were Citizens of the United States, they themselves were not "natural born Citizens." Hence their inclusion of the grandfather clause in Article 2, Section 1,

The Constitution is our most important legal document. Please address the questions BHO.

At this point in time no matter how it ends we are hurting the future of the Great country.

1-Spending too much and damage for BHO
2-If he is removed all laws must be reversed or reviewed and signed off
3-Not checking BHO for his Birth Certificate

Realy the worst day and black eye to America! Must be Addressed. PLEASE...............
