The US Constitution requires those whom swear an oath of allegence to:

1) Establish justice ... Barry is usurping justice in the name of equality ... the antithesis of justice.

2) Ensure the Domestic Tranquility .... Barry was an activist "Commmunity Organizer" who's purpose is to rabble rouse the community ... Fill people with envy .... pit black against white ... young against old ... poor against rich ... which undermines the Domestic Tranquility that Barry has a duty to ensure.

3) Promote the General Welfare ... Barry provides welfare at the compromise of the Prosperity of America thus undermining the General Welfare which he has a duty to promote.

4) Provide for the Common Defense ... Barry usurps the Defense of our nation by promoting radical leftist tyrants to the Supreme court who's sole purpose is to open the borders up to leftist voters. He undermines our allies which we depend on to secure the peace, such as Israel.

5) Secure the Blessings of Liberty for ourselves and our posterity. -- Barry is motivated by "Securing the power" for ourselves and our "Deceit Nonsense and Corruption --- DNC" Party at the compromise of the individual liberty of humanity.

Thus Barry Hussein Soetro, Citizen of Kenya, Citizen of Indonesia (as well as America) Promotes the antithesis to the United States Constitution and thus has committed Sedition against america and needs to be impeached by the United States Senate for violation of his oath of allegance to the United States Constitution.
