Federal/State Employees End of Term Benefits

Why Is This Idea Important?: Save us money!!!!

There should be no ongoing monetary or otherwise benefits when the terms over. If they dont get re-elected oh well instead of laying out by the pool on my dime go and find yourselves a job, with healthcare and retirement.
