I would like bona fide proof of the President's eligibility to serve, i.e. a birth certificate that proves he is a natural born citizen, as required by the US Constitution.
I am concerned that Barak Obama was not properly vetted and elected, and sworn-in under false pretense. If this is the case then every action he has undertaken has been illegal.
Please provide the proof for the good of the country.

Do a web search already! Found a copy within seconds. But of course you won't find it acceptable. Then there's his monther, she's a citizen, so he is. Just like McCain who was born in Panama.
But no, no matter the evidence, even if you were able to personally search the hospital files and look at the original you wouldn't believe. Just like those who deny the Holocaust, moon landings and evolution.
I was born in 1954 in San Francisco. This is 7 years before Obama. My birth certificate lists the hospital and the doctor who performed the delivery. Now why 7 years after I was born does Obama have a certificate of live birth that doesn't list these things. The hospital would have a record also. Which hospital was he born in. It really seems like he is hiding the birth and school records. If he is for change and openness why not start with his own proof to serve as president. This is a crossroads for our nation to decide whether we stand upon the rule of law. Do laws only apply to the rank and file person like myself and not to the president and senators, etc.
There is a big difference between a Certificate of Live Birth (a bonafide Birth Certificate) and a Certification of Live Birth. The BC gives dates, times places and names that are traceable for proper vetting. The BC names the doctor who delivered the baby, where the birth took place, who the parents were, date and time, etc. The certification only says that the birth happened and says where the certification was given. Definitely not the same.
We should be shown a True and Certified copy of Obama's Birth Certificate with the confidential info marked out such as certificate # and any personal ID #'s and info. The BC should be certified and accepted by all sides in this situation, not just Obama's side.
A document posted on the internet is not proof. We, the people are willing to die for this country. The least BHO could no is release his long form birth certificate, in the name of transparency if nothing else.

The total dollar amount of legal fees paid out after the election by the Bush campaign, according to these reports, is $337,172! And that’s just in 2005 dollars. In 2009 dollars that would be nearly $400,000! And there wasn’t even a presidential transition after the 2004 election.

Watching the campaign for president it is clear that this birth certificate spoof is an underground smear attempt. The current president hasn't vetted himself to a whole lot of people; Republican, Democrat, and Independent alike. We have a right to know for certain that the person in the White House is a true and natural born citizen. If they aren't, then everything they do is illegal and can be a source of national security risk for the nation.
As for this being a smear attempt, as one contributor contends, we are exercising our right to question our government and the people who are at the helm of it. What they do on our behalf has far-reaching implications for our future life, liberty and our pursuit of happiness. These are our unalienable rights guaranteed by the Constitution.
If our questioning our government bothers you, go find some other country to live in. If they do not allow you this freedom, you may come to yearn for it later. See ya.

I did a web search and could not find the time 0bama referenced the document on the web or vouched for its authenticity. If it is to be used as evidence of his birth then he should say it is accurate or came from him.
