Watching the campaign for president it is clear that this birth certificate spoof is an underground smear attempt. When I last renewed my driver's license, the Federal Real ID law forced me to request and pay for a certified copy of my original birth certificate. The one I've used for years, issued to my parents by my birth hospital, was insufficient. Only the original, official, state-recorded certificate with seal was sufficient. If that's what's required merely for a driver's license as a result of Federal law then surely there should be no problem requiring the same documentation for the Presidency.

That "certificate of live birth" that was posted on the campaign website was no more official than the one I've used for years, the one now insufficient, issued by my birth hospital and containing my baby hand and foot prints. Barack Obama's certificate of live birth was not even that good.

you will get all ideas from all sources if you ask for an open dialogue which this site is asking for..

I just saw a few of the birth certificate posts marked "pending approval by the moderator" so somebody woke up at the wheel. He should start with that partisan astroturf sham that John Boehner magically got up to #1 on the list.

has ALL of his records sealed by an entire law firm he hired to do so. That's very suspicious. He swore to uphold the Constitution when he took the Oath of Office. I think it's about time he started, instead of viewing it as an impediment in the way of his 1984-style government plans.

President Obama rightly campaiged for openness and transparency in government and politics, shouting we need change from the rooftops.

He stated that he would be different from the Bush Republicans who were honest and open.

Since then he has spent hundreds of thousands of public donations to avoid showing his long form birth certificate to the people of the USA.

Until he shows his Long Form Birth certificate he is a Liar and a fraud.

hence the growing public agitation over the issue.

Its a matter of integrity and honestly over hypocrisy.
