If you are not afraid of what the truth will show, what is your reluctance to easily prove where and when you were born?? You must realize that this simple question will not go away until we have an answer. Four or eight or fifty, it does not matter, the truth will eventually come out.

Watching the campaign for president it is clear that this birth certificate spoof is an underground smear attempt. Looking back through the generations for some constitutional fragment that somehow will discredit the president, Republicans sure are jealous, they have nothing what so ever to offer but the hole they dig themselves, instead of seriously attending to true issues of governance. In the end all this pathetic slander that spilled out on this site today will only alienate the supposed benefactors of this gross attack. This site is available for the world to see. It is the partners of America; it is America’s allies that will see this attack for what it is. A feeble attack against the President, an attack against a President that brought the ability of open governance and respect for all humanity to the world stage like no other leader before. The 21st century needed to leave disgraceful behaviour in problem solving behind and start behaving like the future generations of citizen’s matter. Today the single phrase wrapped in slander and disrespect demonstrates that the right choice was made on Election Day.

Why does a simple request for validation elicit such a response? Obama is my President also. If he would/could produce valid proof of his qualifications to be my President, all of these questions would go away. His failure to respond with proof, feeds my distrust. I would think that both sides of this issue would like the truth to be manifest and clear for all to see.

LiberLiberals can't be transparent. If they were they would lose because they support

1) One World multi-nationalism while most Americans want a Sovereign state with limits on immigration, NATO, UN, non-naturalized presidents, and other undue foreign influence.

2) Redistribution of wealth (discussed as "entitlements and public services"), which, when it comes sown to it no one wants to pay for out of their own check (they will only vote liberal if they think it is coming out of someone else's paycheck)

3) Limitations on free speech and thought. Face facts, shouting "Free Love" "we're here and Queer" or "Women aren’t baby containers!" isn't exactly counter cultural anymore. These expressions of Liberal free thought are lauded and applauded. Only "religious" and "old fashioned" thought are squelched. Problem is, what happens when the "Political Correctness" referees decide that saying something you wish to voice is now "old fashioned and mean spirited?"-or if they use political pressure to silence you as they are now with the "birthers"? Just because something is “mean spirited” does not mean that it is excluded from public discussion, the media, or even vociferous and dirty smear campaigns—Free speech is a right Americans on both sides of the isle hold dear.

4) No limits abortions. While the numbers are in favor of allowing it to save the mother, abortion on demand for non-medical reasons is not popular. If the Dems didn't do a song and dance and talk about the health of the mother (a rare occurrence compared to the 94% of abortions that are purely elective) they could lose on this issue alone.

So whether a citizen or not Obama is just pulling the usual “smile and use your smart reasonable voice to calm American back into complacency” play he and other Democrats (and many Republicans as well) often use when confronted with controversy.
