This informative site presents the most historically accurate, legally correct and genuinely unbiased credible explanation of the eligibility issue I have found, following several months of studious searching for accurate clarification, of what I now regretfully regard as an illegal usurpation of the office of the President of the United States of America.

Obviously calling onto question the constitutional eligibility of a sitting president is a serious matter, however our president is not above the rule of law. The Constitution is our greatest protection from abusive government. Throughout the history of mankind, political power has frequently been seized irrespective of the will of the governed, often violently. Perhaps owing to our imperfect nature, totalitarianism has more often been the rule, rather than the exception.

Our Constitution as first envisioned and ultimately realized by the benefits of both pen and sword, was founded as a heart felt invention of necessity by men so deathly tired of oppression, that they determined despite any cost, to establish our Constitutional Republic. With the Constitution, our Founding Father's planted a seed in soil richly nourished in blood, that with similar courage United States citizens might forever more be able to exercise their God given inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in at least one free and just nation upon the face of the earth.

The truth is THAT WE THE PEOPLE are tired of so call truth and receive nothing but deceive. This is The Republic of USA, we have laws, and those are in the Constitution, that's the truth. No ONE is about those Law's. We want people who care for the well being of this Country, not those that try to destroy it, we want people that defend this shores from the enemy, terrorist, not a government that call's with out impunity “right wind extremist " to those Patriots that defend and care for this Country. We want someone who will respect the faith of the people, Judeo-Christian is how this Country was founded, so We are believers, we respect others rights to have different believe.

To know that the Leader of this Country is doing all he can to destroy, it's to question... who is he? So the Birth certificate is important, as well other documents that have been seal. Personally do not matter most, because under the Constitution Obama should not be in the WH holding the Presidency, as he's not “A Natural born” He's father was a British subject. That's the truth, no matter how much BS the Media in the government try to give to us, they should be shame to treat the American People with such low respect, they own their salaries to the People, and they work for WE THE PEOPLE, not the other way around. Fellow citizens, ask your congressman and Senators to ask Mr. Obama for permission to view the birth documents on file in Hawaii (along with an independent documents expert). If there is a legitimate birth document on file there, then Mr. Obama should be happy to provide the necessary permission (in order to settle the matter once and for all). If Mr. Obama does not permit such an inspection, it is because he is a FRAUD.

This is ridiculous and a waste of valuable time and energy. The American people voted this man in by a significant margin and this remains unchallenged by the US Congress, the Supreme Court or any major news network? Why? Because he's a citizen.

Review the 14th ammendment please and if you need to consult a constitutional lawyer, please do so but let's not waste valuable time and energy with rumors. You can also just google it and look it up on Snopes.

csipe, one must guide their good and honest intention by the faith of others, but when those honest people are betray, and they see the work in place to destroy those same values and principles, one have the responsibility to ask them self. I know that one can't trust everything in internet, photos are altered, as well is documents. Use your common sense... do you pay over a million dollars for a document that cost $15.00? Or why if you have kids, you need to show their original certificate to bring them to school and he doesn’t show any? It’s the law, it's the Constitution and NO ONE is above the law. Period.

President Obama rightly campaiged for openness and transparency in government and politics, shouting we need change from the rooftops.

He stated that he would be different from the Bush Republicans who were honest and open.

Since then he has spent hundreds of thousands of public donations to avoid showing his long form birth certificate to the people of the USA.

Until he shows his Long Form Birth certificate he comes across as a Liar and a fraud, hence the growing public agitation over the issue.

Its a matter of integrity and honestly over hypocrisy.

If you took the time to actually READ my comment, you would see that--though I may- or may not-agree that Obama is ineligible or unnatural--the point I'm making is that IT DOESN'T MATTER.

Perhaps now is the hour to introduce an idea I've dreamed about for some time now. I call it TRUTH IN GOVERNMENT. My idea in that we should have a law in effect, that states that it is a felony for an elected or appointed official to tell a lie. Convicted felons nay not run for/ serve in elected or appointed positions in the United States government. This law would mean that officials could not tell a lie to the press, to congress, to each other, even to their spouse. It is an idea to which no elected or appointed official could possibly object. Can we imagine a candidate saying that he/she was not in favor of this law? I would never vote for anyone who stated opposition to such a law.

Now, how do we get such legislation enacted? I am not naive enough to think that law makers are going to pass something that invades their modus operandi like this law. However, if it were brought up on the floor of Congress it would get people thinking, and who knows? It might really gather some support that way.

Is there anyone out there who wouldn't like to be able, without exception, to expect to hear "nothing but the truth" from the guys we elect or appoint to public office? This is being brought to you by a born-again altruist.
