There is a truism more certain than the sunrise each morning. Obama, like most career politicians will stop at nothing to increase his political capital. Which simply means that if he had nothing to hide, the birth certificate would not be in a vault; it would be on display in the national mall.

This informative site presents the most historically accurate, legally correct and genuinely unbiased credible explanation of the eligibility issue I have found, following several months of studious searching for accurate clarification, of what I now regretfully regard as an illegal usurpation of the office of the President of the United States of America.
Obviously calling onto question the constitutional eligibility of a sitting president is a serious matter, however our president is not above the rule of law. The Constitution is our greatest protection from abusive government. Throughout the history of mankind, political power has frequently been seized irrespective of the will of the governed, often violently. Perhaps owing to our imperfect nature, totalitarianism has more often been the rule, rather than the exception.
Our Constitution as first envisioned and ultimately realized by the benefits of both pen and sword, was founded as a heart felt invention of necessity by men so deathly tired of oppression, that they determined despite any cost, to establish our Constitutional Republic. With the Constitution, our Founding Father's planted a seed in soil richly nourished in blood, that with similar courage United States citizens might forever more be able to exercise their God given inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in at least one free and just nation upon the face of the earth.

Fellow citizens, ask your congressman and Senators to ask Mr. Obama for permission to view the birth documents on file in Hawaii (along with an independent documents expert). If there is a legitimate birth document on file there, then Mr. Obama should be happy to provide the necessary permission (in order to settle the matter once and for all). If Mr. Obama does not permit such an inspection, it is because he is a FRAUD.
It's not just the real birth certificate (vs. that fraud put up by the Soetoro-Obama campaign which the state-controlled media would not vet...but I digress)... we the people need to see ALL of Soetoro's records related to Constitutional eligibility:
1. long-form birth certificate;
2. hospital birth records (including the doctor's NAME);
3. ALL college records: Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard (including, but not limited to, admission applications---did he apply for financial aid as a foreign student? who paid for his education?---transcripts, term papers/theses, etc.).
4. Records pertaining to his (AND MICHELLE'S) lack of State Bar credentials.
Don't just limit to a "birth certificate" ... rumor has it that one is "being developed" using a 1960s-era printer.
5. Selective Service records ... there's been enough evidence shown that this was FAKED too. Faked stamps, tracking #s, etc.

The Birth Certificate does not matter. No matter where he was born, only his mother was a citizen. Two citizen parents are required along with birth ON U.S. soil, to confer Natural Born Status.
If the usurper was born in Hawaii he would only be a native born citizen which does not meet the Constitutional requisit to be president.
If he was born in Kenya his mother was not old enough to confer citizenship to him and he would not be a citizen unless he was naturalized; still not sufficient to meet the Constitutional requisit.
The CoLB that he's already shown everybody is sufficient to prove citizenship. Displaying the original would only be caving in to wingnut sheep, who believe whatever they're spoonfed by their wingnut masters.
And Chester A Arthur, by nemesispaladin's definition, was not eligible to be our 21st President. But that argument was so completely and obviously off-the-wall that the only thing promoted by his political enemies was the wingnut theory, easily disproven, that he was born in Canada or Ireland.
Twitchy, you are correct about Chester A Arthur not being eligible. However, I did not vote for him either. In fact, President Arthur was never elected to the Presidency. He assumed the office following Garfield's assassination. The Republican party did not allow him to seek a second term of his own, ostensibly because he turned against the party hierarchy, but very likely because his citizenship status was found out. Following his partial term as President Arthur retired from public life and faded into obscurity.
If you are attempting to justify 0'hussein's lack of Natural Born citizenship by pointing out a historical oversight you are a fool. I suppose you will next justify your ogawd's confiscation of guns by telling us, Hitler did it.
Twitchy, you keep asserting citizenship, citizenship, citizenship.... It is not citizenship that matters; rather it is Natural Born Citizenship for which lil barry hussein cannot possibly qualify. His pappy was never a U.S. citizen.
Arthur was eligible. That's why nobody challenged his eligibility on the basis of his father's citizenship. It just wasn't an issue. Instead they focused on lies about where Arthur himself was born.
And Arthur was elected, as Vice President, which has the same Constitutional eligibility requirements as for President.
And I'm not "attempting to justify 0'hussein's lack of Natural Born citizenship by pointing out a historical oversight" (and, BTW, your use of "0'hussein" indicates that you're just another irrational hater). I'm pointing out a historical precedent that invalidates your argument.
And please, find anything in the Constitution or the law that defines "natural born citizen". So far, the only thing I've found is the Naturalization Act of 1790.
