If anyone who doubts that this is a real issue can answer me 5 questions truthfully, factually, and beyond a reasonable degree of doubt (without attacking me personally), I'll post a personal apology to Mr. Obama...if not I demand a full investigation and reporting.
1) Of the over 300 lawsuits filed so far, why has each one that has come before a judge been dismissed without any case being heard on the merits of the case? Some have been dismissed for such unreasonable opinions as "this has been thoroughly twittered", or "Snopes has already reported on this"
2) Why would Obama spend nearly 1 million dollars on lawyers to block the release of any documents, rather than release them and put this issue to bed?
3) Obama’s sister, Maya, has never claimed to be an American citizen of any kind, yet she has a certificate of live Birth from Hawaii. If this document can be properly issued to a non-citizen, then please explain how it should be deemed an acceptable document to prove natural born citizenship for Barack Obama?
4)If American citizens on American passports could not obtain admission to the country of Pakistan in 1981 (there was a travel ban on Americans on American passports going into Pakistan in 1981), then what document did Barack Obama (Barry Soetoro) use to obtain admission there?
5) The country of Indonesia did not allow non-citizens to go to school there in the 1960’s. How then did Barry Soetoro (Barack Obama) enroll and go to school there? Note: the country did not allow dual citizenship.

It is critical that we know that our commander in chief is an amrerican citizen. The certificate of live birth is meaningless. Anybody can get one. I know that Obama signed up at Harvard as a foreign student. What's up with that?
The answer is obvious, and you are being too generous with Obama's supporters. I've had some really fanatic Obama people tell me, angrily, "I just don't care if he's a US Citizen!" They HATE the USA, HATE conservative people, and basically want to restructure society into something communist, without having a clue abut the brutal nature of such regimes. They also were filled with "anti-Jew" talk in their speech, were fully on the side of Islamic terrorists (as "desperate victims" rather than being jihad warriors for global Islamic Empire) in a way I found scarey. Give them uniforms and legal powers, and all who dare to question would be rounded up for a one-time ditch-digging job. So intensive is the hatred by the Obama people towards those who dare to question their Messiah, who lies and lies, but nobody cares. If it were Bush, of course, the left-haters would be screaming from the rooftops. The old-time moderate liberalism is dead. Long Live Marx!

Obama is the poison pill that our nation has swallowed, because he has the vulnerability of a secret that foreign governments may exploit, before he has a chance to upset the SCOTUS and make himself "invulnerable" to all legal attacks.
Being a "Natural Born Citizen" is a birthright, it's not granted like being naturalized or becoming a U.S. citizen. Obama admitted he was born British through his father at birth on his Fightthesmears webpage.
I hadn't heard about the sister NOT being a citizen and having a Hawaii sealed certificate of Live Birth!

Fellow citizens, ask your congressman and Senators to ask Mr. Obama for permission to view the birth documents on file in Hawaii (along with an independent documents expert). If there is a legitimate birth document on file there, then Mr. Obama should be happy to provide the necessary permission (in order to settle the matter once and for all). If Mr. Obama does not permit such an inspection, it is because he is a FRAUD.
This is ridiculous and a waste of valuable time and energy. The American people voted this man in by a significant margin and this remains unchallenged by the US Congress, the Supreme Court or any major news network? Why? Because he's a citizen.
Review the 14th ammendment please and if you need to consult a constitutional lawyer, please do so but let's not waste valuable time and energy with rumors. You can also just google it and look it up on Snopes.
1) The cases are dismissed because they have no merit.
2) The document was released, and is in the public domain and readily accessible on many web sites.
3) She was born on American soil of at least one American parent. She is an American citizen. Full stop.
4) Travel bans, even federally mandated ones, often have or allow for exceptions. Often sweeping exceptions.
