Trivial? Is it trivial to think that our citizenry is so uneducated to believe that someone who was born with a minimum of "Dual Citizenship" and alive at the time of the adoption of the constitution is not a "natural born citizen" as required by the constitution of the United States of America. If our forefathers thought duel citizenship was okay then why did they add the "at the time of the adoption of the constitution" to the wording? Because they knew by birth they were not natural born because they were subjects of the British Empire at the time of their birth...just like B.O. They were forced to "grandfather" themselves into eligibility because no one would be eligible for at least 35 years to be POTUS as they would have to be born not only in the US but to TWO CITIZEN parents. Chester A. Arthur managed to sneak through and become President and perhaps there were others since we now know that no one is directly responsible for assuring the citizenry that no one takes any responsibility. I personally believe the job should fall first to the Federal Election Commission and the Political Parties. If someone is allowed on the ballot who is not a legal candidate then the FEC should be made to answer for that. The U.S Congress is already supposed to answer these questions when they count the Electoral College votes....and when any candidate blocks not only their long form birth certificate, but also their school records, their passport information etc. but promises transparency, you really have to question if they know the meaning of the word.

By all means, let toss out of office every politician that has dual citizenships, then we can be assured that we are represented by Americans and no other. Seriously, I wonder how many AICAP politicians this would net.

Fellow citizens, ask your congressman and Senators to ask Mr. Obama for permission to view the birth documents on file in Hawaii (along with an independent documents expert). If there is a legitimate birth document on file there, then Mr. Obama should be happy to provide the necessary permission (in order to settle the matter once and for all). If Mr. Obama does not permit such an inspection, it is because he is a FRAUD.

Obama and Gibbs have now both publicly stated that Obama has already released and posted his BC on the Internet, so why won't Obama grant Hawaii permission to release it as well? Trust but verify!

Obama can't produce a 'long form vault Hawaiian birth certificate' because he doesn't have one! He has a CoLB, or 'Certificate of Live Birth', which is not the same thing as a BC and proves nothing except that he was born alive, somewhere. This is because as a new state at the time, Hawaii often issued a CoLB even to foreign born children who were allowed to be brought to Hawaii and registered with the state, provided at least one parent was a legal resident of Hawaii. Even if he did have a real BC, it wouldn't matter since he can not be a 'natural born' citizen unless both his parents are also US citizens. His father is Kenyan.

In fact as the son of a colonial subject of Great Britain, by law British citizenship was conferred upon Obama at birth, irrespective of where he was born. Obama also became a citizen of Indonesia as the legally adapted son of Lolo Soetoro, where he attended a Muslim school strictly limited to only Indonesian citizens. So given the numerous disqualifying eligibility issues, the missing BC is really just an expedient way to demonstrate Obama suspiciously lied about posting his BC when instead he posted an allegedly graphically altered CoLB, which one might expect from an illegal usurper!

Obviously calling onto question the constitutional eligibility of a sitting president is a serious matter, however our president is not above the rule of law. The Constitution is our greatest protection from abusive government. With the Constitution, our Founding Father's planted a seed in soil richly nourished in blood, that with similar courage United States citizens might forever more be able to exercise their God given inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in at least one free and just nation upon the face of the earth.

1To Mr. Obama: Before we can offer you the job of President of the USA, we, like many employers, must see an offical copy of your high school & college transcripts and other academic records. This would include transcripts from all colleges & schools attended by you. In order to be certain of your citizenship status we need to see your passport, green card or birth certificate. This must be an offical long form version of your birth certificate which would have been filed by the health department shortly after your birth. I want to see Mr. Obama's long form birth certificate and his accadmeic records from elementary school attended outside of the US in Indonesia and Occidental College & Columbia Univestiy as well and also his passport. His college transcripts should be submitted, as we the people, are his employer and employers often ask for these items. Proof of citizenship, proof of academic completion. If he fails to produce these documents we could charge him with lying on his application for the job as President. By the Way, the certificate version stamped form 2007 which was submitted online and posted on the stop the smears website is unacceptable. I cannot accept this version from any client I work with in social services and I cannot accpet this version from anyone who wants to apply for the highest office in the USA. You will have a deadline by which these documants must be submitted and authenticated before WE the People can accept. That deadline is 30 days from this date (6/2/09). Failure to produce these documents will drastically impede your ability to run for elected office in the USA again. Thank you and God bless.

Mr. Dare's frustration is understandable. And all of us posting this question are similarly frustrated by the months of legal postponements and maneuverings. We DO have other things to do with our time ! We are not formulating and posting these questions as a way to amuse ourselves: this is a burning question!

I am not content with the status quo. Just as Clinton's zipper problem was the VERY LEAST of all the actual things to complain about concerning the Clinton presidency, so this birth certificate problem is the VERY LEAST of all the actual things to complain about concerning the Obama presidency. He's done SO much worse that your focus on this one little piece of bureaucratic minutia makes you seem petty and insane. Complain about his reversals. Complain about his POLICIES. Complain about what he's ACTUALLY DOING. This focus on his paperwork makes you all sound like a bunch of rabid CPAs.

The worst part of Clinton's zipper problem was that he was accused of something that was simply not a crime. Your tax dollars were spent on an investigation that was, itself, illegal. I still can't figure out why Kenneth Star isn't in jail.

The worst part of all this ranting about Obama's birth certificate is that I can't find a credible source that says any of the speculation is based on anything in this dimension of reality. Most of the "lunatic fringe" (I'm usually a proud member) will give you some obscure little hint from an inside page the New York Times, or SOMETHING. ANYTHING. Wherever I look, I keep coming up with nothing.

Quit the crap, with twitter, snopes, the NY Times, NBC MSNBC and all the lies and show the birth certificate.
