Show that you are a legitimate President, show the citizens of this once great country (you are destroying it with your policies) your documentation. You can start with your "real" Live Birth Certificate, not the counterfeit one you posted on your website. Even though I didn't care much for John McCain,he proved his eligibility to run for president by releasing his live birth certificate, you have not! Then show us "all" of your passports, including your Indonesia one. Stop spending millions of dollars on lawyers protecting and concealing all of your records. Do you have something you are hiding from the citizens?
Until you do this, you are a usurper of the Office of the President and Congress should remove you from office.

There appears a concerted effort to vote down single payer. conservatives have invaded this web site and have registered on jun 1 and voted down single payer actions listed on this web site. They appear organized. It does not appear enough that they have killed a doctor, now they want to kill single payer too. Also they have come and created bogus efforts to question the citizenship of our legitimately elected President.

The Constitution is our greatest protection from abusive government. Perhaps owing to our imperfect nature, totalitarianism has more often been the rule, rather than the exception.

Our Constitution as first envisioned and ultimately realized by the benefits of both pen and sword, was founded as a heart felt invention of necessity by men so deathly tired of oppression, that they determined despite any cost, to establish our Constitutional Republic. With the Constitution, our Founding Father's planted a seed in soil richly nourished in blood, that with similar courage United States citizens might forever more be able to exercise their God given inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in at least one free and just nation upon the face of the earth.

This guy isn't legit to be commander in chief. He's going to great measures to conceal everything. What if we find out he's a phony?? What becomes of the laws he has passed?? Can this all be undone?? It would be nice if there was one mole out there that could access the BC and make it public..........

Ask your congressman and Senators to ask Mr. Obama for permission to view the birth documents on file in Hawaii (along with an independent documents expert). If there is a legitimate birth document on file there, then Mr. Obama should be happy to provide the necessary permission (in order to settle the matter once and for all). If Mr. Obama does not permit such an inspection, it is because he is a FRAUD.

Obama apparently has that birth certificate in his own hands and doesn't need to ask Hawaii for it. In his book, he said he found it in a book his grandparents left. So why not post a copy of that original, typewritten (1961) document for all to see???

Forgot to mention that in the Berg lawsuit, Obama's lawyers argued that revealing the information (bc,citizenship in other countries, etc.) would "cause a defined and serious injury" to Obama and/or the DNC. They argued that revealing these documents raises a "legitimate privacy concern" and the above mentioned risk that "particularly serious embarrassment will result from turning over the requested documentation." The source of that embarrassment was not specified.

Obama and Gibbs have now both publicly stated that Obama has already released and posted his BC on the Internet, so why won't Obama grant Hawaii permission to release it as well? Trust but verify!

Obama can't produce a 'long form vault Hawaiian birth certificate' because he doesn't have one! He has a CoLB, or 'Certificate of Live Birth', which is not the same thing as a BC and proves nothing except that he was born alive, somewhere. This is because as a new state at the time, Hawaii often issued a CoLB even to foreign born children who were allowed to be brought to Hawaii and registered with the state, provided at least one parent was a legal resident of Hawaii. Even if he did have a real BC, it wouldn't matter since he can not be a 'natural born' citizen unless both his parents are also US citizens. His father is Kenyan.

In fact as the son of a colonial subject of Great Britain, by law British citizenship was conferred upon Obama at birth, irrespective of where he was born. Obama also became a citizen of Indonesia as the legally adapted son of Lolo Soetoro, where he attended a Muslim school strictly limited to only Indonesian citizens. So given the numerous disqualifying eligibility issues, the missing BC is really just an expedient way to demonstrate Obama suspiciously lied about posting his BC when instead he posted an allegedly graphically altered CoLB, which one might expect from an illegal usurper!

Watching the campaign for president it is clear that this birth certificate spoof is an underground smear attempt. Looking back through the generations for some constitutional fragment that somehow will discredit the president, Republicans sure are jealous, they have nothing what so ever to offer but the hole they dig themselves, instead of seriously attending to true issues of governance. In the end all this pathetic slander that spilled out on this site today will only alienate the supposed benefactors of this gross attack. This site is available for the world to see. It is the partners of America; it is America’s allies that will see this attack for what it is. A feeble attack against the President, an attack against a President that brought the ability of open governance and respect for all humanity to the world stage like no other leader before. The 21st century needed to leave disgraceful behaviour in problem solving behind and start behaving like the future generations of citizen’s matter. President Obama rightly campaiged for openness and transparency in government and politics, shouting we need change from the rooftops.

He stated that he would be different from the Bush Republicans who were honest and open.

Since then he has spent hundreds of thousands of public donations to avoid showing his long form birth certificate to the people of the USA.

Until he shows his Long Form Birth certificate he comes across as a Liar and a fraud, hence the growing public agitation over the issue.
Its a matter of integrity and honestly over hypocrisy.

I think that you might be forgetting that his successor would be Biden, not sure which would be worse. Or at least he would be until another election would occur..right? I am not sure what the process would be in the case of a president being proved ineligible. I do know that there would be terrible consequences either way. Could you imagine what would happen. By law anything that was passed etc. during his active presidency would be taken back. That is the reason why I think nothing will happen, but hopefully we will see the truth exposed at some point.

Biden would not be eligible to be president. Obama chose him. All of Obama's appointments must be reversed. Everything the usurper has done should be reversed! It's obvious that the Muslims have found their man! He is single handedly destroying this great country, religous freedom for Christians, and family values. This man is pure evil. Something must be done and now; Americans must DEMAND all his credentials and boot him from the Whitehouse. He knows too much now. He cannot be released or have contact with other countries. Having worked in the system, I know the Hawaiin state birth certificate is an "open" one. A Hawaiin doctor did not bring Obama into the earth in Hawaii by the document that Obama has.

What we need is the HOSPITAL's birth certificate - not the states. I think that will clear everything up.

Don’t be distracted by the birth certificate and Indonesia issues. They are irrelevant to Senator Obama’s ineligibility to be President. Since Barack Obama’s father was a Citizen of Kenya and therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of Senator Obama’s birth, then Senator Obama was a British Citizen "at birth," just like the Framers of the Constitution, and therefore, even if he were to produce an original birth certificate proving he were born on US soil, he still wouldn’t be eligible to be President.

The Framers of the Constitution, at the time of their birth, were also British Citizens and that’s why the Framers declared that, while they were Citizens of the United States, they themselves were not "natural born Citizens." Hence their inclusion of the grandfather clause in Article 2, Section 1,

The constitution already covers succession of the Presidency in the case of a President, such as Obama, not qualifying for the Presidency after he is elected. The Constitution requires that Obama abe removed and be replaced by Biden until such time as an election can be conducted to select a legitimate successor. If Obama is ineligible, a virtual certainty, he need not be impeached. He will either be declared ineligible by the Supreme Court or by Congress and removed from office if he does not voluntarily resign.

If Obama is ineligible it is certain he knew before taking the oath of office that he was ineligible. This means he has committed hundreds of felonies including document forgery, perjury, swearing in each state election that he was eligible, etc. He will have to be prosecuted and imprisoned.

'As a citizen I must know my President is legitimate. Millions of people believe that Mr Obama has usurped the Presidency by taking the oath of office without being eligible to be President. These people believe that Mr Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen as required by Article II of the Constitution.

Mr. Obama claims to have provided a summary copy of his Certificate of Live Birth by posting it on the internet. This document is inadequate to prove natural born citizenship. If Mr. Obama is a Natural Born Citizen this should be trivially easy to prove. Simply provide additional documents such as the long form hospital birth certificate and put all these concerns to rest.
