Most people who accept the Ceritifation of Birth on the web, assume that if Barack Obama was actually born in Hawaii... then he is a natural born citizen of the USA under the 14th Amendment.

But they do not truly understand what the terminology "natural born citizen" truly means, or indeed what it meant to the writers of the Constitution.

Two words you MUST understand with regard to "natural born citizen" are "allegiance" and "sovereignty". According to Senator John A. Bingham who WROTE the 14th Amendment here is what natural born citizen actually means.

Senator Bingham said while speaking about the rights of citizens in the U.S. House of Representatives on March 6, 1866 the following :

[I] find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen…. . . ”

And furthermore, Senator Bingham's definition of "natural born citizen" is in direct keeping with the understanding of the writers of the Constituition, who had access and frequently reffered to Vattel's book "Law of Nations" which simply states

“ The natives, or natural born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens “ and

“ I say that in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen, for if he is born of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth and not his country. “ (Emmerich Vatel - Law of Nations)

Barack Obama freely admits his father was a Kenyan and a subject of the Brittish Commonwealth at the time of Barack's birth. So Obama's father at the time of Barack Obama's birth, "owed allegiance to a foreign sovereignty" !!

This alone is enough to cause Barack Obama NOT to be a "natural born citizen" of the USA. If indeed born in Hawaii he might be a citizen... but would not qualify as a "natural born citizen".... and is therefore NOT qualified to seek or to hold the office of President under the Constitution Article 2 Section 1.

THEREFORE... Barack Obama LACKS any Constitutional authority for any of the actions he has taken as President.

UNFORTUNATELY... the press are oblivious to this plain simple fact, due to their enormous Obama worship. And the courts likewise refused to touch this "hot potato" issue. (to the Destructive Detriment of the Constitution and to the People and obviously to the nation.)

The Birth Certificate.... Is it relevant ? Well to the issue of eligibility Perhaps. But it IS relevant in this way.. Barack Obama has fought hard to keep it out of the sight of the public. This in itself might show attempts to conceal eligibility from the public.

SO... this IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE IN THE HISTORY OF THIS NATION..... AND IT IS NOT BEING REPORTED BY ANY MAJOR NEWS MEDIA.

Nothing to Fear?

Hey BO, show us your BC. Not a fake "Certificate of Live Birth". Who are you? Where were you born? Are you a Muslim? Are you a Marxist? If you have nothing to fear you would answer these questions.

Because the media is enamored with the "Hitler type charisma" of Obama. Truth doesn't matter to these people.

That and he's "better" than you. After all, when you hired onto a job, didn't YOU have to provide proof of citizenship? Not just some piece of paper that ANYBODY can obtain?

The citizens of this country is the Employer of President Obama. I, as an employee of a US company having a small, small, small, small, fraction of the responsibility of President Obama, has had to show my "Long Form Birth Certificate", and college transscripts to verify who I was to get the job. Why should the requirements for President Obama be anything less. That Form disclosed on Snopes and Fact Check is nothing but a Curio, you couldn't even use it to get a US Passport in Hawaii with a "Certification of Birth" (Note: NOT the same a Birth Certificate).

President Obama is in a position to control almost every asspect of life of every citizen in the US. WE HAVE THE RIGHT AND WE SHOULD KNOW EVERY ASSPECT OF PRESIDENT OBAMA'S LIFE IN TERMS OF LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL RECORDS THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH HIM, WHETHER GOOD, BAD OR NEUTRAL. Every other presidential candidate has been an open book for records that have been available throughout history, except Obama. WHY????????????????

Where is the "Promised Transparency"

Or was it just a Lie to get a vote?

This site has been rigged so that the posts asking for Obama to support transparency by providing his own birth certificate, health records and college records are not properly counted, even when they do not get deleted. An apologist for Obama responds to most posts with the dishonest comment that you can find a real copy of a birth certificate on factcheck - where a long exposed counterfeit birth certificate does reside.

I have done a personal count of more than 1,000 requests for his birth certificate. My analysis suggests there have been at least 5,000 request for Obama to produce his real birth certificate, college records, health records and other financial records.

It is possible to review this site to find the most requested ideas by scanning "Top Rated" posts, but the requests for Obama's records do not show up as being top rated. Those runnig this site are cooking the results.

According to the liars running this website the most requested item has NOT been Obama's birth certificate.
