JFK 1961 Speech: Americans Think Secrecy Is Repugnant

Why Is This Idea Important?: It is only important if you think the Constitution is important. It's only important if you think the rule of law is important. It's only important if you are an American. It's only important if you truly support the troops and the American Way.

Yes in 1961 John F. Kennedy gave a speech to the media about how Americans find secrecy in Government and the media repugnant. When the Government keeps secrets from the real American people (other than top secrets) WE THE PEOPLE tend to get a little annoyed. Mr. Obama's Birth Certificate, his Senatorial records and his financial and college records are not top secret but are demanded. His Birth Certificate is not only demanded by the American people but is also demanded and a law according to the Constitution of the United States of America. Open Government is a joke if we are not allowed to see these records. I also demand this of all Presidents past and future. We are still awaiting Mr. Bush's Military Discharge certificate. So let me join the American choir by demanding these records, all of them.
