Produce Obama's Long Form Birth Certificate and College Records
He has spent over $1,000,000 in legal fees to prevent the legal discovery of his real birth certificate and immediately passed legislation that would prevent anyone from viewing these documents. People who aren't questioning these moves are simply ignorant. About 1/2 of Americans didn't trust Obama before the election and that percentage is growing rapidly. For the sake of our country, make these documents (not forgeries...) available.

Why Is This Idea Important?

Because it will either help to clear up mistrust that American's currently have or it will help to right a wrong that has been perpetrated on the American people.

Contrary to what some may believe, Obama's birth certificate has not been posted to the Internet. What was posted was a Certificate of Live Birth, which the State of Hawaii used to issue to babies who weren't necessarily born in either the state or the country.

The Constitution requires that the U.S. President be a natural-born U.S. citizen. If Obama is, then why won't he just prove it? The fact that he's spending so much money on legal teams proves that he must have something to hide.

It is time for Barack H. Obama to produce his long form birth certificate which has been requested numerous times and prove to the American people that he is in fact eligible under our Constitution to hold the office of the American Presidency. The Certification of Live Birth doesn't prove anything. Why does Barack Obama continue to hide this document?

As long as he does not produce it, he stays. It is a stall tactic. This way he can do all the "change" he wants to do.

My question is, if he does not produce it, what are WE the PEOPLE going to do about it? It seems that we have become impotent as Americans. We have lost the power to make our Government comply with the very basics of our country, like the Constitution!!!

Gibbs mocks the American people. He is an embarrassment when he laughs at a simple question about the BC. He lies to us about Pelosi, about BO bowing, about what Biden meant when he said something. WHAT are we idiots?

Well, we may be, because he is getting by with it and making us slaves to him by his ridiculous spending!
With everything going digitial what would be acceptable since paper documents will eventually be a outdated as hieroglyphics and clay tablets?

Fellow citizens, ask your congressman and Senators to ask Mr. Obama for permission to view the birth documents on file in Hawaii (along with an independent documents expert). If there is a legitimate birth document on file there, then Mr. Obama should be happy to provide the necessary permission (in order to settle the matter once and for all). If Mr. Obama does not permit such an inspection, it is because he is a FRAUD.

It's a simple matter for "transparency":

Show us the long-form birth certificate

and all doubts will be dispelled
I thought I heard someone say this would be the most open, transparent Administration ever in the history of this great nation! (I hate liars)

This (and a hundred other) similar proposals are just obsene defamations of our judicial system. All requirements to be elected are checked by election officials (and also by a judge in this case) long before the election takes place.

Drop it, it is anti-American to even suggest such absurdity.

No, this is about the Rule of Law. We are a nation governed by a Constitution, and is a Republic, not a Democracy. Either the rules apply, or they do not. It seems the Constitution is being trampled underfoot. Enshrined in this Constitution are the "inalienable rights" with which our Creator (a.k.a. "God") has endowed us: freedom of speech; freedom of religion; freedom of assembly, etc. Seems like you don't like, nor respect those rights when it comes to anyone who disagrees with you.

This is all about our God-given rights. Which man can and all too often does take away...

When they come for you, don't be surprised when no one hears, nor cares.

Freedom of speech has nothing to do with continuous, systematic defamation of an elected official on the basis of claims, that have already been debunked in court.

Yes, there was a court filing to find this question out, and it was thrown out, because the judge found that information in the public domain is already sufficient to prove his birth place without a shadow of a doubt. The law has already been ruled on. Move on. You have been proven wrong.

Why do you have to bring religion into it, I have no idea. The separation of church and state is just as basic as freedom of speech.

Quarton- you're spot on brother... The court finding that aigarius spoke about did not find that the information was already public domain, but rather that the claimant had 'no standing' to bring the case forth. This essentially says that the claimaint had nothing to lose personally if Mr. Obama was fraudulantly elected. I disagree with that finding because if we are in fact a government of the people, by the people and for the people, then every citizen has skin in the game so to speak. Further, we can't even get our politicians to pay taxes at the level the citizens are required. They find out during the vetting process than 8 nominees had fraudulently reported their taxes- and the vetting process was weak at best as you know. Honestly, with a little support from his handlers, the birth certificate issue will stay buried forever. Funny how McCain produced his birth certificate right away.

After reading all this hype from the anti-Obama folks about his birth certificate I decided to look into the matter. I did a yahoo search and the first article listed was:

If you read this I think it will answer any questions you might have; and it was published last August, well before the election. The website shows multiple photos of the birth certificate in question. The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health, Chiyome Fukino, and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have certified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate. This web page also addresses and answers most of the other issues that have raised by the anti-Obama folks.

The upshot is that all of this commotion about Obama’s birth certificate is utter nonsense and the Open Government website should have just quit posting messages about it and then posted an article like that at Fact Check to explain why they were doing so. The interesting thing is that there was and still is much more real evidence that President Bush committed real impeachable offenses – as listed by Representative Kucinich in his legislative filings – which were pretty much ignored by these same people that are now raising such a ruckus regarding President Obama. The hypocrisy is astounding.
