I am appalled that President Obama is refusing to produce his original long form birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born citizen.

Does he know something that we don't? That those documents don't meet the qualifications for President?

He can't submit what he doesn't have.

Mr Obama,

You are, by your own admission and actions as an adult, not an American citizen; not natural born, not native, not naturalized. You refuse to release your documents of verification of your birth, ie your long form birth certificate not the photoshopped COLB which you displayed on the Internet, changed and then reposted, your adoption by Lolo Solotero as an Indonesian citizen, your travel to Pakistan on an Indonesian Passport after your majority signifying that you accepted your Indonesian citizenship (which would have required you to naturalize if you later decided to reclaim your American citizenship), your acceptance of Financial Aid appropriated for foreign student again acknowledging your status as a foreign national, your lack of documentation of your legal name, your selective service records (not the forged ones with the incorrect number sequence), your Illinois Bar registration on which you averred that you had no aliases when in fact you have used many different names, your fraudulent application to the Democratic National Committee stating that you are indeed eligible to hold the office of president when clearly, legally, self admittedly you are not. Finally, your bold disregard for the very government and Constitution of these United States by which you fraudulently took an oath to uphold when your only intent was to subvert it and in it's place establish a Socialist, Global third world country. These actions individually and in the whole are tantamount to High Crimes and Treason against the Constitution of the United States of America.

And to add insult to injury your press secretary Mr Gibbs has the audacity to laugh and joke and be disrespectful, acting like an adolescent not a professional spokesman, to the one Reporter with the courage to ask, on behalf of the citizens of the United States who want to know the truth, who seek promised "transparency" in government "Where is the President's long form Birth Certificate?" Only to receive the stock, false answer that the birth certificate has been released and is on the Internet. We all know that the Hawaiian COLB is not acceptable as proof of birth in any official presentation, only the long form vault birth certificate is acceptable as proof of identity.

The lack of openness and unwillingness to be forthcoming with the citizens, refusing and mocking their appropriate and proper requests shows a level of arrogance here to fore unseen in the occupants of the high office of President of the United States is repugnant on its face.

Therefore, I along with countless other loyal, patriotic, American citizens do not regard or accept you as the legal holder of that title, your administration is functioning as a rogue government, you are a usurper and no bill, order, pronouncement, bailout, confiscation of power, treaty signing, no action that you perform is legally binding. I do not trust you, I do not accept your authority and I consider you no more than a criminal of the highest order.

Show us the transparency Mr Obama. Show us all of your pertinent documents from birth to the present day. Who are you and why have you determined to destroy the United States of America and her government? And who else has conspired to enable this horrendous crime, who are your accomplices?

Fellow citizens, ask your congressman and Senators to ask Mr. Obama for permission to view the birth documents on file in Hawaii (along with an independent documents expert). If there is a legitimate birth document on file there, then Mr. Obama should be happy to provide the necessary permission (in order to settle the matter once and for all). If Mr. Obama does not permit such an inspection, it is because he is a FRAUD.

I doubt paper forms of some documents will cease to be issued, but that would be an issue for the future. If Obama has a full, vaulted borth certificate from 1961, it is most assuredly on paper.

I'm not a Republican, and as a matter of perspective I think it's entirely credible to say that Dr. Tiller had a sunstantial part in creating the climate that got him killed, as did Leftist Liberals who wanted babies to be killed....and don't try to deny that Liberals are mainly the ones who advocate killing babies for frivolous reasons. Now we know that the other 46% of republicans have been up to. I am appalled that it takes a right wing conspiracy theory to begin the question that the constitution is not being followed. We all have suffered eight long years of constitutional decay under the Bush Jr. administration, and the only time constitutionality is even mentioned is now with this birther movement.

Since you equate "native son" and "Natural Born Citizen" which are not equivalent terms I will direct you to Vittal's "Law of Nations", the contemporary law book upon which the Constitution was based. Hint, your physical birthplace is not the defining fact. Mr Obama is not a Natural Born citizen even if he was born in Hawaii.

Q2.The Constitution sets forth the qualifications for the President. Who do you think is responsible to make sure that a candidate meets those eligibility requirements? I really do want to hear your answer.

Q3.Is the Pro Obama cult planning on paying their fair share of the National Debt that is being increased exponentially? I believe your share is $200,000 at this juncture.

Q4. What is the official name of the group that keeps insisting, against all proof, without a scintilla of evidence that Barak Hussein Obama is Constitutionally eligible to be the president? Have you filed your 501-C3 request or are you a lobbying group? Have you applied for stimulus money and registered to help with the census?

Q5.If you found out that the physician that you had been going to for 5 years actually didn't have a medical license, maybe didn't even go to medical school, had forged his documents, lied to everyone; would you just say.. well he's got an office and some medical equipment, he paid for it, lots of people have been his patients (voted for him) just let him practice.. Say a patient died in his care unnecessarily, your neighbor or God forbid your wife. Would you just let him keep practicing then? Or would you be mad as hell and call the authorities and have the man hauled off to jail for perpetrating a fraud? Q1. There is no organization, television network or radio show host who is feeding me information.. I have been so busy researching to find the truth since September, I haven't watched a bit of TV and I work so I don't listen to talk radio in the afternoon, I do read on-line newspaper articles, but they are from all over the world.. have you read Pravda lately? The Constitution was established to give each citizen sovereignty, I am an intelligent, independent thinking, reasoning, Natural Born citizen who has examined the facts, the history and the evidence and I have come to my own conclusions.

Q2. Actually, as far as I can determine the Congress is actually responsible for ensuring that the candidate is in fact eligible. Mr Cheney failed to ask for any objections after the total of each state's electoral votes were presented. Since Congress failed to do their duty.. the people must use other means at our disposal, grand juries are one tool and court cases, ut the cases have not been heard on their merits, not one of them, they have been dismissed because no one can figure out who has "standing".. if necessary armed rebellion is our last resort. Read the founding fathers that is their advice. Hope it doesn't have to come to that.

Q3. You are mixed up about Teapartys. The Teapartys are concerned mainly about taxation and spending our money on porkulous projects in the districts where Democrat congressmen will reap the most benefit, where their highly contributing constituencies will be best served, where they can get the most votes to stay in office. That's a cushy job and they don't want to lose it!

Q4.As I said we independent thinking Americans don't join packs.. we have mo move on.org or ACORN or NARAL or Planned Parenthood. We have no agenda except to preserve and restore our Constitution, our government to return to doing what it should and not regulating us to death removing our freedoms one at a time, legislating away the moral foundation of our society. And we want to pass it down to our posterity. No we're just plain folks who believe in God and our country and family and Mom and Apple Pie and baseball. We want to live our lives, keep the money we work hard for and spend it to make a better life for our family.. we'll help the needy, but we don't want the government to steal 80% of our salary for taxes that it then spends flying the president to NYC for a date with his wife, a date we will never be able to afford because we have been taxed into poverty. And about the whole Bush bashing.. do you know that in his first three months in office Obama has spent more than was spent in 6 years worth of "that expensive war in Iraq"? Three months! and he is supposed to be in office for four years? God help us!

PS The Constitution has been on the ropes since 1913 when the Federal Reserve was instituted without any basis in law, without a representative vote and with out anyone objecting at all. The "Income Tax" is not legal and was never ratified properly either. Do the research.. don't get your news from a commercial source with an agenda of its own.

Q1: WorldNetDaily for one. If you're alluding to the likes of supposed "news agencies" like CNN, MSNBC, et al, not advocating the idea, that would be tantamount to Obama himself declaring that he may not be eligible.

Q2: The Supreme Court can not be faulted until they hear the case, allow discovery, and THEN refuse to act. Meanwhile, they're doing a good job of keeping it off the docket so it doesn't HAVE to be heard.

Q3: Not that I'm aware of, but "we" have started putting up billboards that ask "Where's the birth certificate?" The first one is up in Louisiana, with more in the works.

Q4: There is no one organization. Liberals would wish that were the case, then Obama could just shut them down. There are several organizations involved, but this is mainly individuals who want to see some evidence that Obama is eligible, and this being perfectly reasonable considering the lengths he has gone to to conceal information and documents which PRESUMABLY would vindicate him. Of course Liberal's notions of "operative principles" is irrational and comvoluted to say the least.

There are also those among "us" who are not exactly thrilled with the Patriot Act either. In any case, you won't be allowed to attempt to confuse the issue with smoke and mirrors or comparing apples to oranges in MY postings without being called down on it.

1To Mr. Obama: Before we can offer you the job of President of the USA, we, like many employers, must see an offical copy of your high school & college transcripts and other academic records. This would include transcripts from all colleges & schools attended by you. In order to be certain of your citizenship status we need to see your passport, green card or birth certificate. This must be an offical long form version of your birth certificate which would have been filed by the health department shortly after your birth. I want to see Mr. Obama's long form birth certificate and his accadmeic records from elementary school attended outside of the US in Indonesia and Occidental College & Columbia Univestiy as well and also his passport. If he fails to produce these documents we could charge him with lying on his application for the job as President. I cannot accept this version from any client I work with in social services and I cannot accpet this version from anyone who wants to apply for the highest office in the USA. You have to be kidding. Snopes.com, a husband and wife team of Democratic Obama supporters working out of their home are expert document examiners. They never even saw the document. They merely reprinted what they were told by the Obama campaign. Anyone citing Snopes.com at this point is either joking or a deceiver and is totally an ACORN O-Bot or Obama supporter on a mission.

Provide to the FBI and a private independent document expert firm selected by one of the attorneys filing the lawsuits ... the actual document, the paper ... digital images need not apply, and ask for a forensic report to be provided to the public, the lawyers, and the Congress.

Are you a moron? Snopes.com references FactCheck as the source of their information, and FactCheck references the online digital representation of the short-form Certification of Live Birth. Hawaii code 338 authorizes the issuance of a COLB to Hawaiian residents whose child was born in another country. For you to stipulate Snopes as a reliable, definituve source establishing Obama's being a natural born citizen is like excusing an accused liar based on his assurance that he's telling the truth.
