I didn't comment because you totally failed to grab my attention in the first paragraph, and so I didn't read any of this, and then I voted it down. It may be a great idea, whatever it is, but you need to work on the presentation.

Most people are not eagerly looking for the longest, dryest, and least engaging submission and hoping to find gold in it if they are just willing to suffer through 1,376 of what looks like a legal paper.

Your provocative reply suggests that you wanted the case to be otherwise.

It's perjorative, and by extension provocative.

Know your audience. The audience on this site is primarily composed of typical web users, who generally skim. See http://useit.com/alertbox to get to know this audience better.

Like I said, maybe you have a gold mine here. The average reader is only going to give you about 10-15 seconds before they decide whether it's worth spending another 20 minutes reading and understanding what you wrote. In 10-15 seconds, all I got was an interesting sounding domain name and then a bunch of quotes.

If you don't want the average reader to be reviewing/reading this, you're on the wrong site. You should be posting this in places where people go to read legal-looking stuff for fun.

I think you need to work on clarifying your meaning and writing in a more accessible style.
