I'm Not So Sure...

I wish to ask our President of the United States (who is a "Constitutional Lawyer) if this country and our citizens are well served by not REQUIRING a Presidential Candidate to PROVE beyond a shadow of a doubt, that they are Eligibile for running for the President of the United States?
Mr. Obama, you have disgraced the country and the 100,000's who have died protecting this nation with your refusal to unseal and show your Complete Certified Long Form Birth Certificate (not the Hawaian live birth certificate forgery).
You bow before Saudi Royalty, http://image.examiner.com/images/blog/wysiwyg/image/ObamaBow.png - yet you have utter contempt for the very people who you are supposed to serve, by ignoring demands to fully review your: Full Birth Certificate, College Application records and State Representative records.
If this were not enough, you have certainly demonstrated your commitment to fellow "community activists", er, ah New Black Panthers and had your judicial aparatchik dismiss charges against gun waving thugs at a voting location.

If I have to produce a birth certificate to obtain a driver's license, surely anyone running for president, or sitting as president, should do the same to prove his eligibility.
Mr. Obama - please produce your original birth certificate. It really costs a lot less then hiring lawyers!

What 0bama needs to do to prove he is eligible:

1) Release the long form, vault copy of his birth certificate.

2) Release all college records to the public.

3) Show he has never been a citizen of Indonesia - as school records there show.

4) Tell us what passport he used to travel to Pakistan in the early 80's - when travel to Pakistan (or Pokeestan according to Zero) was restricted for US citizens.

Until then I will believe he is an usurper who needs to be removed from office and tried for his crimes against the country.

Mr. Obama, until you provide the documentation to verify that you are a natural born citizen of the United States your tenture in the office of the President of The United States is a fraud. Every action that you have taken since 20 January 2009 has shown your contempt for our Constitution and for the American People. The very fact that you have spent huge sums of money to prevent the disclosure of document that Americans must reveal every day to do business, get a driver's license, a passport or other government benefits of lawful citizenship leads a reasonable person to believe that you are a fraud.

Release your documents, all of them or step down and let an American lawfully become the President.

Seeing as how all americans need to produce BC. at one time or another. IE; Passports, Military Service Etc. So Must the President of the United States of America. The BC. posted on the web site for Obama, is done with a Lazer Printer, " Hello " When he was born, All Birth Certificates were Done on a TYPE WRITER. Although the Hand Writing is on the Wall, With his complete denial of producing the Record of his Actual Birth Place. In So Doing he is saying in so many Words that the United States Consititution does not exisit. He is putting himself above the Law and our CONSITIUTION. Apparently you have no respect for the United States of America in honoring her traditions and values, and more importantly, her Constitution, which is of the people, by the people and for the people. A constitutional lawyer should know that the Commander in Chief of the United States of America does not bow to another country's ruler; nor does he make deals with other countries, behind the backs of the those you campaigned to represent. Speaking for myself, I did not vote for you, but the polls show, those that did; have remorse. You have continually deceived the residents, citizens, nationals and illegals that made up the partial list of those that voted for you. US Constitution, Article II, Section 1

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.
The Natural Born Citizen requirement is not attained with a certificate of birth issued in Hawaii to children born abroad.
A Birth Certificate is a fundemantal document every American must produce many times through his lifetime, you are not an exception, rather you are an exception in that the requirements for you are much stricter and specific for the office you have usurped.
Americans would be ill served if that document is not produced, and it would be an issue that can bring about a host of undesirable actions within the United States. We are demanding it and you shall produce it.
Section 3 - Treason Note

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

President Obama rightly campaiged for openness and transparency in government and politics, shouting we need change from the rooftops.

He stated that he would be different from the Bush Republicans who were honest and open.

Since then he has spent hundreds of thousands of public donations to avoid showing his long form birth certificate to the people of the USA.

Until he shows his Long Form Birth certificate he is a Liar and a fraud.
hence the growing public agitation over the issue.
Its a matter of integrity and honestly over hypocrisy.

IF THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE, WHY SEAL THE DOCUMENTS. Biden, Clinton, McCain & Palin all had to
submit proof of citizenship i.e Legal, Authentic, original Birth Certificate as well as their
medical records. President Obama did not submit his Birth Certificate nor medical records until
the DNC filed a law suite. President Obama stated we must "Lead by Example" and "No one is above
the Law". So why is there a double standard for President Obama. UNSEAL THE DOCUMENTS IF YOU HAVE
NOTHING TO HIDE. This legitimate concern of the American people will NEVER be put to rest until the
Certificate of Live Birth and College Records are unsealed. I do understand President Obama's medical
records should be confidential just like all Americans medical records, however, a written statement
signed by a doctor that Mr. Obama is in good health does not meet the requirement for submitting your
complete medical records to the DNC just like Biden, Clinton, McCain and Palin had to do.

I Agree with you. It may well be 200 Plus years old, but it is the Foundation of Our Country. It's What Makes US American's. Granted many Ammendents have been added on to it, by the U.S. Supreme Court. But That is OUR CONSITITUTION. If We As Americans Don't Defend our Rights, And stand up and Fight for our Freedoms, Than what Good are we, What about all those Lives that were given by sooooooooooooooooooooo many Men and women for Democracy. Are we just supposed to forget about them. Our Country's Independence is at stake. When one person can get elected to the highest office in the land, And Snubs his Nose to the Faithful American People that beleive in the Consititution of these United States. This lawsuit will reach SCOTUS and be heard on the merits. It was brought when Obama was no longer a candidate but a Federal official. It asks for the Supreme Court to define Natural Born Citizen as one of its goals. That and it is a suit against Congress for failure to do its duty under the Constitution and illegal activities during the Joint Session.

Here are two questions Americans who are uncertain about this issue can ask themselves:

“Given the importance of the question, is it reasonable of me to take - as an answer - a patently forged document together with an unsubstantiated 1961 newspaper announcement that provides no relevant details?”

For those who believe the published Certification of Live Birth was not tampered with and that what one reads in the newspaper one can take to the bank, this question:

“Why did Obama publish a COLB (per Gibbs), given that document flows only from the form Certificate of Live Birth which is issued to infants who are not eligible to obtain a Hawaiian Certificate of Birth?”
