The Courts have ruled for the release of the photos...yet the White House reserves the right to deny the court? Is this not an abuse of power? The White claims national security reasons, but don't you think the judges thought of that when they ruled to release photos?
The Salon already got revealed one photo and London Daily Telegraph has described the abuse in some of them. Yes, I know the White House, Gates and Gibbs, denies the HORRID descriptions; but military officers have already verified that the descriptions were accurate.
These photos are going to come out anyway. Stop covering up something you've already condemned. It makes no sense.

Nothing will be accomplished by hiding the photo proofs of the acts that the victims and those that care for them already knew they suffered. Hidding only feeds abstract immaginations with suspicion of even more evil. We must properly exploit the truth and expedite due process to show the world and ourselves what we truly do represent by proper due process of law where there is no question to our moral justice concerning those that did violate our trust in representing us. We must release all photos. Evil is hiding wrong doing that encourages more of the same.
I am torn about the photos and so cannot vote on this right now. I would also like Obama's records, especially his actual long-form birth certificate released however. Especially if these photos are released. Open should be open.
