Treat Palestinians like American Indians

Why Is This Idea Important?: Palestinians don't need a treaty, they need affirmative action - just like native Americans did - to get back on their feet. Give them hope and an income and they'll get distracted from blowing themselves up in Israeli marketplaces.

Let the Palestinians make a deal with the Mafia to build casinos in the Gaza Strip. Make it like Atlantic City. Generate income. Let the world see a few millionaire Palestinians. Give them hope, not to mention free booze and prostitutes.
