Government Transparency

Why Is This Idea Important?: Tax dollars are my money, and should be used to fund legitimate purposes, such as supporting troops. I am tired of building a $150 million dollar airport that offers six flights a day (all to DC) and funding overseas abortions. My tax money is not being properly spent on liberal pork projects while brave young men are fighting for my freedom and are in need of additional funding.

I would like to encourage the government to institute Congressman John Boehner's plan for a mandatory 72-hour review period on all spending bills.

    Bills should be considered singly and not packaged into large numbers of bills. GAO office should be open to online auditing by the people with monetary rewards for finding faults and frauds.
