War and strategy training

Why Is This Idea Important?: Many people learn strategy through the chess mindset. Chess is modeled after the european structure of fighting. Two armies facing each other and fight to the capture of a king. More of a single battle strategy method. Which works well for the soldiers in the battles but not for the strategists deploying them and dictating where the battles will take place. In go you can have multiple battles in multiple places on the game board and have to fight them all. The strategys are much more complex and engaged. More of a war strategy game. There was a history program on not to long ago on the art of war. In it they compared the strategies of the viet cong and the US durring the vietnam war and the problem was the chess strategy vs the go strategy. A good understanding of both strategies can lead to greater successes in shorter times.

All members incharge of combat strategy and strategic deployment of troups should be required to learn the game of go or igo. Along with chess.
