I'm sorry too much information is not good public or private. I do not feel that all information should be publicly known examples are medical information (that does not put in danger the public welfare), some military information, etc. I do feel that complaints should be listened to about government problems such as this dialogue.
An example of too little information is dealing with the BBB and not doing anything about it. I now have a complaint about Nova Development in California that did not refund my rebate money in the time stated. I have not receive any refund and the company has given me the runaround through the BBB and yet they have a score of A for that company. I feel that complaints of this nature should be a public matter and a legal service should handle this type of problem.

I think in that case the BBB would either need more jurisdiction or work with appropriate agencies. Also the BBB goes by how many people report about said company. Unfortunately the little people as we are considered do not seem to matter to corporations and where can we really go to receive help. I also have reported a few companies corrupted practices, but nothing to this day is done about it. They still rip people off. I am told that they are in the system, but it seems that this so called system does not work. We need to put into action a system that upholds all rights as we the little people have no real voice in the matter I think.
