By reducing the government and not expanding it billions will be saved each year. This isn't hard to understand and makes sense. The government was not created to be bigger than the private sector and it was not created to overtake the private sector.

Do we really need Czars? Is adding another layer of government really the way to streamline government?
Do we really need our secret covert agencies such as much of the CIA that has little oversight and such huge secret budgets to perform their very too secret black operations that do often do much more harm and questionable good?
Let's add a "government reduction" czar and have them head the ministry for government down-sizing... They'll need a pretty large staff, I'll bet. :-)
private contractors do not have the oversight requirements that the civil service does. do we really need to do away with "government jobs" so Haliburton can have them?
Under the constitution "the federal government was limited" it wasn't intended to become a Goliath over the stetes.
