And don't even bother trying the "he posted his birth certificate" when all anyone has seen is a Certificate of Live Birth. That document is a far cry from a legal birth certificate.

President Obama rightly campaiged for openness and transparency in government and politics, shouting we need change from the rooftops.

He stated that he would be different from the Bush Republicans who were honest and open.

Since then he has spent hundreds of thousands of public donations to avoid showing his long form birth certificate to the people of the USA.

Until he shows his Long Form Birth certificate he is a Liar and a fraud.

The Birth Certificate does not matter. No matter where he was born, only his mother was a citizen. Two citizen parents are required along with birth ON U.S. soil, to confer Natural Born Status.

If the usurper was born in Hawaii he would only be a native born citizen which does not meet the Constitutional requisit to be president.

If he was born in Kenya his mother was not old enough to confer citizenship to him and he would not be a citizen unless he was naturalized; still not sufficient to meet the Constitutional requisit.

The Obama supporters in Congress are already working behind the scenes. They have a bill in process which would help aide Obame in redefining Natural Born Citizen, in the eye of the general public, from its historical constitutional meaning to something more suited to their needs with Obama. Obama may be a citizen but he is NOT a natural born citizen and for the singular office of the President under our Constitution the person in that office must be more than just an American citizen. He must be a natural born citizen to constitutional standards.

Also, the COLB digital image he has produced does not even prove he was born in Hawaii. Can you think of any official office in government where a digital image on the internet is all you have to show to prove you are a even an ordinary citizen, let alone a Natural Born Citizen to Constitutional standards.

You are intellectually dishonest. Obama has not produced COLB to any controlling legal authority or independent document examiner to determine its validity. All his has shown to anyone outside his campaign and his Annenberg Foundation (which Obama chaired) controlled FactCheck website is a digital image of an alleged document. Do you really believe that a digital image is all that is necessary to prove one's constitutional eligibility for any federal office in the land? Have you ever heard of PhotoShop and what can be done with a digital image and computer generated forms using digital laser printers? We the People want to see and have experts examine the underlying printed paper document used to make that image AND we also want to see the yet unseen long-form, original birth certificate still in the vaults in HI to see the name of the attending doctor and hospital where he was born and other contemporaneous non-family witnesses to the birth, if there are any!

Here is one expert's examination report of that digital image COLB that you place the entire safety of our country on and the future liberty of all of us on. Obama must prove he is eligible under Article II to constitutional standards, not FactCheck.org and Snopes.com website O-Bot standards.

What 0bama needs to do to prove he is eligible:

1) Release the long form, vault copy of his birth certificate.

2) Release all college records to the public.

3) Show he has never been a citizen of Indonesia - as school records there show.

4) Tell us what passport he used to travel to Pakistan in the early 80's - when travel to Pakistan (or Pokeestan according to Zero) was restricted for US citizens.

Until then I will believe he is an usurper who needs to be removed from office and tried for his crimes against the country.

Obama asked for a copy of his birth certificate. Hawaii issued him what they issue everybody who asks for a copy of their birth certificate, the Certification of Live Birth. He displayed it on the internet, just so everyone could see it. What he displayed contains all of the information necessary to prove citizenship, including that he was born in Honolulu. Case closed.

And there are no "constitutional standards" for "natural born citizen". It's completely undefined in the Constitution.

Let me use another example of natural born so you may understand it..
When a parent says it's child is a natural born, verses adopted, what is you interpretation ??
There are to many unanswered question,I have concerning this matter, and I would not have voted for this man if I had known he had not been thoroughly been vetted.
I say this because after the election is when I saw the fake certificate of live birth....... I want to see a copy of the original birth certificate, not a certificate of live birth, of which anybody can get in Hawaii....
I would hope that this request would be reasonably embraced by a man I voted for, if he had nothing to hide.
I only wish I could take back my vote until this matter is resolved.. And before anybody comes off with name calling again and calls me racist or some stupid word like ignorant,

I keep wondering how foolish a person can be. The people who are backing 0bama have never heard him claim the document on the web. The only one he has claimed was written about in his bio.It was described as old and wrinkled.
What's funny is the fact so many people are so gullible that they believe something that has never been.
I have been asking for someone who backs the guy with 0% approval according to Rasmussen to link me to the time 0bama said the document on the web was his, came from his files, or is in any way accurate.
So far nobody has been able to do that so instead of facts they just try to make the problem something else.
I don't care what publication you read, there's no place where the prez even said anything about the one online.

I would just like to see at least a certified copy of the real birth certificate, not one that is photo shopped . When you look closer at the one online ,you can see the pattern of the paper does not follow through on the o's and B's if this were a true copy, then the pattern would be there..

Question: What is the state's policy for issuing a "Certification of Live Birth" versus a "Certificate of Live Birth"? My first, second and fourth children received certificates, but my third and fifth children received certifications. Why the difference? The certificate contains more information, such as the name of hospital, certifier's name and title; attendant's name and title, etc. The certification has only the child's name, date and time of birth, sex, city/island/county of birth, mother's maiden name, mother's race, father's name and father's race. Why doesn't the state just issue certificates? When did it stop issuing certificates? Is it possible to obtain certificates for my third and fifth children?

Answer: No, you can't obtain a "certificate of live birth" anymore.

The state Department of Health no longer issues copies of paper birth certificates as was done in the past, said spokeswoman Janice Okubo.

The department only issues "certifications" of live births, and that is the "official birth certificate" issued by the state of Hawaii, she said.

And, it's only available in electronic form.

Okubo explained that the Health Department went paperless in 2001.

"At that time, all information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for consistent reporting," she said.

Information about births is transferred electronically from hospitals to the department.

"The electronic record of the birth is what (the Health Department) now keeps on file in order to provide same-day certified copies at our help window for most requests," Okubo said.

Asked for more information about the short-form versus long-form birth documents, Okubo said the Health Department "does not have a short-form or long-form certificate."

"The birth certificate form has been modified over the years and decades to conform to national standards and models," she said.

Okubo also emphasized the certification form "contains all the information needed by all federal government agencies for transactions requiring a birth certificate."

She added that the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the state's current certification of live birth "as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements."

The issue of what constitutes an official Hawaii birth certificate received national attention during last year's presidential campaign. Those who doubted Barack Obama's American citizenship called the copy of the Hawaii birth document posted on his campaign Web site a fake.

Asked about that document, Okubo said, "This is the same certified copy everyone receives when they request a birth certificate."

A copy is needed per Hawaiian law for the Homeland program. They do not accept certifications for that program. I think this newspaper author skimmed over and omitted some facts. Also, copies of paper records can still be obtained of the original documents via court order, if the CERT form is questioned legally, which Obama is fighting. The CERT form is prima facie evidence, not conclusive evidence, and is only good in court if it's validity is not questioned.

Also, Obama himself wrote in in his book, "Dreams from My Father" that he had in his possession in the 80s copy of his Birth Certificate which he obtained about the time his father died in Kenya. He considered it one of his prized possessions. Why can't he produce a certified copy of that one for starters? Then he could stop fighting the lawsuits demanding a court ordered copy be obtained from the Hawaiian vaults. And he could stop fighting the lawsuits trying to get copies of his application to Occidental College and his financial assistance application there. Did he apply for financial aide there as a foreign born student using a Kenyan BC or Indonesian passport, or both, as evidence for obtaining that aide. Why is Obama hiding all his early life birth, education, and travel records prior to becoming a U.S. Senator.

Did Okubo tell why his father is listed as a African (which isn't a race) and in 1961 he would have been listed as a negro or as negroid??? I don't believe anybody spoke to the woman and got this information, simply because I received a copy of my birth certificate just last November (to get a back ground check done,) and it shows the hospital, the signature of the doctor as well as my parents both being Negro.So don't hand me that NEW and REVISED VERSION ........somebody has lied. Because he was adopted by his mother's second husband, and his birth certificate would reflect that as well.. Until all these questions are answered in a way that I can believe them, I will consider my vote having been obtained by fraud.

Can you prove that Obama was adopted by his mother's second husband? Have you seen adoption papers, court records, anything? If not, where does that claim come from? He had a step-father, yes, but did that step-father legally adopt him?

I was alive in 1961 and while an African-American would have been categorized by race as Negro or Negroid, a black man from Africa may not have been. Obama Sr. may have reported himself as "African" and I think making far-reaching assumptions based on this is kind of silly. Hawaii is a place of many races, and I doubt civil servants there were much worried about Negroid and whatnot.

No, anyone canNOT get a Certification (not Certificate) of Live Birth from Hawaii. That's a lie you were told that you accepted without question.

What you have seen on the internet is an official extract from the database set up by the State of Hawaii from the information contained on Obama's Certificate (not Certification) of Live Birth. If someone asks the State of Hawaii for an official copy of their birth certificate, what they get the extract, the Certification of Live Birth, with the required signature and raised seal to amke it an official copy. That's been true since 2001, when Hawaii modernized their system.

You evidently do NOT have "the ability to think for myself and weigh all evidence", because you've uncritically swallowed all the BS created by a bunch of partisan loonies, without doing any investigation on your own.

Issues talked about several times over by different Americans across the nation. I found most Americans are very blunt to speak their minds on internet posts, that is why I did the same in my test posts. I combined some wrong information and correct information together. I needed to get a response, and honest reaction, from all of you, and it worked like a charm. I knew this would be the perfect platform to get the information I needed for the test.

I found that:
79% of Americans would suppress his fellow man's freedom of speech rights in America.
89% thought the posts offensive, and had some very unAmerican, rude, and abusive things to say in return to a complete stranger.
55% agreed with part of the content to a certain extent.
97% of Liberals just can't stand to be called names by a complete stranger, but don't hesitate to call that stranger a few names, or even threaten that person themselves, in their responses. This shows the severe lack of tolerance, and the abusive nature of the Liberal party, towards their fellow man.
34% of Conservatives thought it was funny to make fun of Liberals.
45% thought I was crazy and should be locked up.
67% agreed with part of the content in the post, but pointed out the wrong information, and some of the offense language or content.
90% of Conservatives were kinder in their responses to my posts, but critical of my language and wrong content. This shows the higher morals and values are still in place in the Conservative party is still true. Treat your fellow man as you would want to be treated, but point out where they are wrong in their thinking or information.
62% of Americans threatened me in one form or another. We are getting to be either a Big Brother, intolerate, and a violent nation.
17% of Conservatives thought my content was racist, or called me a racist.
96% of Liberals thought my content was racist, or called me a racist.

Word from the tester: My mom gave me some very good advice years ago with I was a young girl. I have tried to live by it ever since. But I research all the time, and the blogs and posts I see daily really opened up my eyes as to how much America has changed in the last 50 years.

The information my mom told me was this:
Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.
If you don't have something good to say about someone, keep it to yourself.

I see for the most part the Conserative ideals are still in place.
The Liberal ideals have changed for the worst. The Liberal Progressive movement is ruining our great nation, and its ideals of Freedom and Rights.

And the governor of Hawaii never sealed Obama's information. She didn't need to. It would violate both federal and state law to release it to just anybody.

As for "African" vs "negro", Hawaii, at that time (I don't know about now) just put down for "race" whatever the parents told them. "Race" is a pretty meaningless classification. And Obama Sr was certainly "African".

Did you get your recent copy of your birth certificate from Hawaii?

Why would a BC necessarily reflect an adoption, particularly if it wasn't an infant adoption?

And you're taking Obama's word for his being adopted, but not, apparently, for anything else. How about some proof that he was OFFICIALLY adopted.

Yes I did get my Certificate of Birth from Hawaii, I happened to have been born 7/20/1961, and my Certificate looks nothing like the one I have been looking at today, all over the net.. My "critical attitude" comes from the "attitude of superior knowledge" displayed by the birthers, who are usually passing on lies and misinformation. I try to counter with facts, which can typically be verified by anyone who can use Google.

Privacy laws exist to protect everyone. Just like the Bill of Rights applies to everyone, and making exceptions weakens the protections for everyone.

As for the governor of Hawaii sealing Obama's BC, I went to WND to get the most negative portrayal of that that I'd be likely to find anywhere. While the headline and the first paragraph say that, nothing else in the article supports anything except obeying Hawaii state law. The Homeland program will accept the Certification. Their website simply says that the Certificate will speed things up. Since, apparently, the Certificate doesn't exist for anyone born after 2001....

And, having read Dr. Fukino's statement (http://hawaii.gov/health/about/pr/2008/08-93.pdf) about the BC, I note that it says that they have BO's original BC "on record", not that they have the original in physical form. Combining that with the article posted by evreport, it seems at least possible that the original now exists only as bits on DASD somewhere on a State of Hawaii computer.

If he was traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he was traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he
relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967..

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008.

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

Hi,

There was federal court Activity in Kerchner v Obama & Congress Case yesterday - 2nd Extension of time granted to Defendants to give the DOJ more time. The Judge granted the 2nd delay but in a five page order outlined the seriousness of the charges in this case. The DOJ cannot seem to figure out how to respond to this lawsuit. The Judge said that "competent counsel" should be appointed to this case do to the serious nature of the charges. He also said that once attorneys for all defendants have entered an appearance for each defendant "... the case will proceed expeditiously." See this link for more details.

It is good to see that we may finally have someone look at the documentation. It is a sad statement when it takes dozens of lawsuits to get basic information and I hope the judge does not allow the usurper and his cabal to delay this past 6/29/09.
It will be quite a momentous end to the 12 month long obfuscation, lies of omission, and silense from the crooks who supported the illegal candidacy of B. S. and the b.s. supporters here.
What is entirely relevant and what has changed the minds of so many people is the fact that the one person who could say the document on the web is his and came from him and is an accurate depiction of his birth has remained silent.
His silence speaks more to more people than any ruling in any courtroom and the only thing the crooks that back him and the apologists for him here have to say is that they consider that fact irrelevant.
In the real world you respond to accusations and you bolster your position with words and deeds.
In this case he has refused to answer any question, and dealyed, denied, and drawn out the question to a point past ridiculous.
he has refused to be the transparent president he promised on the campaign.
That fits well with his dereliction of duty while in office.
As commander he made a strategic decision without any way of knowing how it would work when he signed an emergeny power document to close Gitmo.
He has signed bills into law without reading them, and we have proof of this when he stated he was shocked to see the provisions in the bill he signed into law.
Either one of those by themselves are probably not significant in peacetime when our troops are not engaged in battle, but to spend money without thought, to make strategic decisions without thinking them through and the fact he's been playing hide and seek with transparency together consist a pattern of ignorance and willful deriliction of duty that should mean he no longer gets to command the military. He's obviously unfit and a danger to our troops in war.

P.S. The Republicans are at it again in the summary description of the bill with HR 1868 in order to confuse the public once again so they can run Gov. Jindall, another non-natural born citizen, in 2012. McCain nor Obama were natural born citizens in the 2008 election cycle. Calero the open Socialist Party candidate was on the ballot in 5 states and he was not even a citizen at all. Both Parties, the RNC and the DNC, put party power and money before the country and our constitution. In 2010 we should throw out all the encumbents from both parties in the House and 1/3 the Senate. Then in 2012 with should throw out another 1/3 of the Senate. We the People must take back the power from the Power usurper, Obama the Fascist and the enabling Monarchy Congress. If only we had a true objective Main Stream Media, this could not happen. But they're in the bag for the Socialist and Secular agenda and run interference for Obama and cronies.
