Blackwater should be subject to the uniform code of military justice. It's not right to have "security services" operating in a war zone, but without a legal framework in place if they do something wrong.

Right, not a mercenary army, a 'security service'. Yeah, and torture's not torture. It's 'enhanced interrogation'.
