Create an easy anonymous web based method for providing feedback and evaluation on all projects. Every project will have a public tracking number and be web searchable. Those with any knowledge or interest in the project can post public comments and suggestions about it with responses being optional. An independent organization can be responsible for investigating any important items of interest. Evil grows in the dark where things are easily hidden, so shine some light from all directions.

I like the idea but not anonymous, why should people hide in the dark? its just as bad, we have become to fearful to state our names with opinions.
Who is Jon Galt? :)
How is this different from this site? The automatic posting of projects?
People can get really nasty when they are anonymous. I, like the first poster like the idea of an evaluation, but not anonymous. You would also need a bias filter to determine whether or not special interest groups were stacking the votes. They wouldn't do that, would they?
If the feedback is good, it should stand on its own merits. If they don't like your feedback, they may give you poor service, treat you badly, or drop you. Also, people have a right to their privacy.
I don't see anything about votes in this suggestion by the way.
