Effective communication for positive changes

Why Is This Idea Important?: To achieve Goals and mutual understanding for Development. Effective communication provides a critical links between People and information. Honest government has a beneficial effect on National Wealth.

Create effective communication on different levels: community, National and International. Participate in High Level Events and keep respectful Leadership. Involve more successful business people with practical achievements, implementing strategies and messaging designed to affect positive behavioral change, drive successful business results aligned with overal vision. Provide training and seminars to exchange informations and create strong links. From problems to solutions usig Marketing, Research, Analysis. Media is a powerful tool to create a desirable Result

    One of the things I keep hearing about in my work is the difference between what leaders say and what they do. There is a crying need for respectful leadership at all levels in government. So the question I raise,"Is how do we create in government leaders who do what they say?" Modeling behavior is important and I would also like to know, "How many government workers are able to describe a time when their supervisor, manager, director or agency head did what he or she asked them to do/"
