When people comment their opinions, government have to try to solve our problems as soon as possible. I think that They just have received Faxs, Emails, comments on blogs, phones etc. But they didn't do anything about the problem at once until now.
Why do we have to work it with only the expensive lawyer?
Government can do something for us.
