Why Is This Idea Important?: cheap; works

Massive assault of public service announcements encouraging efficient energy use. OK, so it's not exactly a NEW idea, but keeping energy issues in the public's awareness can only be a good thing. While we're at it, how about an anti-litter campaign as well? So simple, yet so effective!
